Injustice 2: How Should it Happen?

Injustice: Gods Among Us is a massive success. It's obvious that NetherRealm will make a sequel. Even though Injustice doesn't have an acceptable storyline, a sequel would be a good way to draw in more money. Us gamers would be able to see new backgrounds, new characters and different versions of the characters. A sequel wouldn't be possible for 7th gen gaming consoles, if there was, it woud probably already be big buzz news. With high hopes on the PS4, not so much the XBox One, but the PS4, Injustice 2 would be a good way to help spread the word about next gen consoles. But what would it be called?

Injustice: Heroes Rising? That was my first idea. It has to be something original. No one would of thought of Gods Among Us if the guy at DC Entertainment didn't think of it.  I've noticed that the title doesn't mention anything about heroes. It does't say "DC Entertainment presents: Superheroes! Gods Among Us.
Or what about changing the "justice" but keeping the "in". Like Cconsider calling it "Insurgance: Heroes Rising.

Does anyone agree with me???????????

Cubed: July 1st!

June is finished, July is here!
1.5.2 is finished, 1.6 is here!

Yes. Today Minecraft 1.6 is released to the public. The new update features leads, hay, Coal Blocks, Mules, Donkeys, Foals, and of course, HORSES!
Finally horses. I would have expected it earlier on, maybe even as early as Beta 1.7 But It's finally here. As epic as it is, I won't be reviewing any 1.6-related things today. That comes later, when everyone adjusts to 1.6

The first thing to be discussed today is a new skin. It's Called EnderBrine.

I have been seeing this skin all over servers and hangouts. Even though it's more Herobrine that Enderman, it's still pretty cool. Can Someone PLEASE add him to 1.7 or something!?!

Next up we have Fan Art of a zombie by Dmitry Burmak

I can tell that he put a lot of work into this either by hand or digitally. It really gives a new experience to staying up at night in Minecraft. Especially because the image has multiple zombies. I can almost see what looks like a whole army of zombies.
Great Work Dmitry, I won't be going hunting anymore. I'll stick to the mob trap!

Last but certainly not least is a Giant alien Mothership from Independence Day.
I thought I'd choose this because It's the 4th of July this Thursday for those of you that live in the United states.

This is a creation by Crazy Zoo. All credit goes to him/her. It looks pretty darn awesome.
Well that's all for now, see you guys In two weeks. I'm on vacation next week. I have a post backed up if I get internet service.

Later

So Long Gandalf: Ian McKellen FINISHES his Role as Gandalf :,(

Today, Sir Ian McKellen wrapped his last shot as Gandalf the Grey/White. For 15 years he portrayed the role. Peter Jackson, the director of The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings posted this picture of Ian and Peter soon after the Clapboard clicked for Ian's last time as that role.

Marvel Release Dates

Robert Downey Jr. just signed up to play the role of Tony Stark/Iron Man in The Avengers 2 & 3. Usually when an actor signs for both movies at the same time, it means that the movies will be shot at the same time. I'm thinking that's the case for this. There isn't even a release date for The Avengers 3 but Marvel has released some dates for some unknown movies, hopefully to be announced at Comic-Con this year. One slot has been taken for May 6, 2016. I'm guessing that's the Avengers 3 slot, because the Avengers 2 hits theaters on May 1, 2015. Usually movies that are shot at the same time are released almost a year apart from each other. But it could also be the slot for Doctor Strange or Black Panther. But then there's also May 5, 2017 so I could very well be wrong. There are still Rumors for Iron Man 4, (highly unlikely) Ghost Rider 3, (likely) or Thor/Captain America 3

Armie Hammer? Ant-Man? WHAT?

This week has been big for Marvel. Not only are they publishing their regularly scheduled comics, but they are also very busy planning for the San Diego Comic-Con (July 18 - 21). So many rumors and thoughts have been floating around recently. A lot of them were confirmed. That's what this post is mainly about.

To start off, Ant-Man has been receiving a lot of chat recently. The word on the street is that Armie Hammer (The Lone Ranger) will be portraying the part of Ant-Man. And us nerds have good reasoning. Armie has been spotted on the set of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. When someone asked him what he was doing, he said he was "visiting a friend". The Funny thing: He was by the Ant-Man-related set. He was piled with questions. He went from saying that he didn't know who the character was to being an expert on him and went from not knowing who Edger Wright (the director of Ant-Man) was to knowing him. Your raising a lot of suspicion here Mr. Hammer.
Edger Wright recently posted this picture of what the Ant-Man costume will look like.

Batman/Superman #1 Cover Reveiled!

s
About 10 hours before this post was published, DC Comics released the multiple covers of Batman/Superman #1. DC is trying to make it kind of like the Marvel's Infinity, meaning a big deal. It is, but not as big as Infinity. The three covers have been receiving split responses. Here Are the covers now. Even though you probably saw them before you read this. The first one, that you can see on your right, is the one that I personally, don't like. I think Superman looks to buff in his upper body, and then he has little shrimp legs. Plus the suit looks too Superman Returns, and I don't need to be reminded of that, just like Batman & Robin. Batman looks okay, although compared to Superman, he looks like a midget. I know that Superman is flying, but the blend doesn't look very good to me. I would have also liked a better font for the title. Isn't drop shadowing a little 1990's? The other thing I don't like about Batman is the fact that he looks too muck like the Batman Beyond version. You can't see his face, even if there isn't a shadow. The sides of his face are covered. Now unless they are trying to make Batman into Ninja who hides his face, I expected more from DC. Especially because this is considered The New 52. Take away the New 52 sign and the writers' names and I would have thought it was from the 80's or 90's. But the next one is more New 52. By far. It has everything that the first one doesn't, except for the lame font. It has the face of Batman, the more Modern Superman. And the awesome new silhouette trend that a lot of new comics have been adding.

I can totally see why this cover is New 52. although, now that I think of it, The New 52 was Called the New 52 because DC was releasing 52 new comic series. Now unless they had this planned since late 2011, it should be considered The New 53! Plus, if they wanted to add more series later on, they didn't do so well coming up with a title for the big reboot.

The only thing that might trouble me while reading this is Superman. Superman looks a little like the old Superman with the underwear. i can's STAND the Superman with the underwear. That's one of the reasons it was hard to watch Superman Returns and Superman 2-4. Superman 1 was too amazing to criticize with the exception of he Visual Effects.
And Last but sort of not least, considering the first one sucked, the third cover. This one is kind of in the middle of great and terrible. It's what I will call okay...

It's kind of the Action Comics Superman but it's okay. This one is more interesting because it has a background. I have reason to believe that Batman/Superman will take place in Gotham City, not Metropolis. Here's why. Not only did DC release the covers, bu they also released some pages of the actual comic. Now I don't know if this is from the beginning or if they are from somewhere in the middle. But the comics show our favorite Cat Burglar, plus, The background of the third cover looks like Arkham Asylum. Unless Superman picked up the asylum and carried it all the way to Metropolis, villains included, I think that this will be more focused around Batman. Why else would Batman's Name come first. Which I guess is fair because Superman could put all the escaped villains in jail in about hmm, lets see here, 2 SECONDS! DC just doesn't want to admit it or the whole series is doomed to fail, just like the 2006 Aquaman TV series!

That just about wraps up what I have to share for now.
To view 2 unseen draft covers, and the pages from the book,
it also includes some art and pages from Vertigo's Wake Vol. 2
Thanks for reading!
