Minecraft Adventure: Joey and Aztec

It's been so long since I've done a Minecraft Adventure. I've been so busy. It's on the schedule so I want to get back on track with these. This time, we have horses. as you know, 1.6.1 came out today, check it out if you play Minecraft. I decided to go on a search for some horses to call mine. I got really lucky by finding 2. 1 was a grey/black horse, (not a donkey) and the other was a dark brown. I have mentioned it before but I live in a desert temple. I originally spawn inside a desert temple that was right in the middle of three biomes, desert, winter, and plains. I gathered the resources from the temple and realised that my home was built for me. Several modifications were needed, but now my house is a super desert temple. Back to what I was saying. 2 horses, black and brown. The brown one I named Joey and the second one I named Aztec. I had several saddles from dungeons and armor from creative mode (sort of cheating). I gave Joey Diamond armor, making him a War Horse. Aztec I gave gold armor just because it looked cool, even though it won't last long. Since my home is so big, I now let my horses roam free around my mega-temple. It may seem feminine of me but at least they don't poop.

Minecraft Adventure: Josh's Sheep-Shearing Company!

Monday... The day to get back to work or school or whatever it is you do on weekdays. For me, that means blogging. Monday is the day that I usually get stuff ready for the coming week. My favorite part about Mondays is writing about my recent experiences in favorite game. So for this week, I wanted t share a little addiction I came across... (Like the game itself isn't already addictive). I mentioned last week about my idea to build a diamond castle. As I mentioned before, I was turning sheep different colors. I kinda thought that was a funny idea so I build about 20 glass cases on top of each other. In each one I placed a sheep. I put some different colored dye in my inventory, you can tell where this is going already. It was amazing, I have been trying to fill my house with carpet, using the sheep and the dye, I had a self-sustaining carpet machine all in itself all I needed was to shear the wool off. Helpless sheep, I did it all in a winter territory. SUCKERS!

That's all for now!

Minecraft Adventure: Barbie in the Diamond Castle Adventure

*Please Note that I do NOT play Barbies but when I started making the castle I realized there was a Barbie movie named the Diamond Castle...

I was messing around with some sheep and lapis... turning their wool blue... and shaving it off with shears... in a winter biome...  And so I had an idea. I would create a diamond castle!

Shut up, don't judge me. My sisters made me watch it at least a thousand times while they sing the songs at the top of their longs... Good Times... NOT!!!

I've noticed I've used quite a few ...'s in this post. I kept shaving sheep until I had a basic shape in my mind of how I wanted it to look. So, I cheated, (I hate to admit it) switched to creative, and filled my inventory with stacks of diamond blocks. I've been working on it for a week and I've only used about 6 stacks. When I'm done, It should look something like this...

Yeah this is totally going to take more than an inventory of blocks!

That's all for now!

Tragic accident: Minecraft Adventure

So Today, I had a huge glitch. So You know how Zombie-Pigman Don't catch on fire unless they in lava? Well The Craziest thing happened, I walked into my house only to find that the whole thing had burst into flames until there was nothing left. The Pigman had lit the wood on fire and five months, 8 stories, burned to ashes. Not literally because ashes aren't possible in Minecraft. So For the next while, I am going to be rebuilding my house. I have to switch to creative to get all the wood...

Obstacle Course: Minecraft Adventure

So I was finishing up some awesomeness on my house when I had a random thought hit me like that. I need a parkour training set. So I set out, to a place close to 500 blocks way, to build a huge underground gym.

like this, but underground, I had to switch to creative to mine the bedrock a few blocks deep. It was a 24 (I counted) Minecraft day job.

Minecraft Adventure: Enchanted Armor

So I was harvesting experience using zombie pigmen and I reached 129 levels. If you don't know, that is the maximum amount of experience you can have at one time, or at least on 1.4.7 so I needed a way to spend it. I was looking through my inventory when I realized I could enchant a whole set of armor at 30 levels per item. I took the opportunity and now I have a whole set of Enchanted diamond armor. Plus I had enough experience for an enchanted bow, pickax, sword, hoe, and shovel. Time to go harvest more experience with my giant mob spawner!

Minecraft Adventures: Experience farm

Welcome to another Minecraft adventure! I'm a few days late so sorry. Last week I built a Bat-signal above my house. This week I just made a way to make a factory or something to harvest levels of experience. so here's what I did: I dug a huge hole in the ground,9 filled it with lava' and then spawned cole to 500 zombies! I was flying abve them so they followed me to the lava hole. They all fell in and experience came flying from everywhere. I harvested close to 30 levels of experience and enchanted a really nice diamond sword. The advantage to being smart!

tomorrow I have a new Nightwing review on my comic book blog, and And Friday I have a new review. Special Saturday bonus: A nee open discussion (because the minecraft adventure was late) thanks for reading.

Minecraft Adventures: The Bat-Signal!

Welcome to the first ever Minecraft Adventure short story. So yes, I bought Minecraft for my computer and now, what can I say, I'm addicted. These adventures aren't necessarily in oreder, in fact, this one happened last Friday...

So I was working on the farm I made. I have two sections of my farm. the slime room, and the farming room. I raise the animals for kill, as you might have guessed, but when I don't get any beef or eggs or wool from my kill, I bring the animal to the slime room. The slime room as where animals go to slowly be squashed by the completely enclosed area that contains close to 10 giant slimes. So anyway, I was doing that, when realized I can't find the mountain my house is carved into. Later, when I found it, it was already dark. So I decided to make some kind of beacon or marker to mark where my house was. I went to sleep, the next moring, I gathered all the bedroc (that was risky) and obsidian I could get, and built a giant bat-signal above my house. Now it didn't look as good as this

but it was pretty good
